Job Description:

Designation: Customer Support

Location: Noida

Experience: 1- 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Keeping records of customer interactions ,transactions ,comments and complaints.
  • Problem solver and turning clients into business opportunities.
